Day 5: The Preserve at Los Altos
A small sneak peak of our room...the resort was beautiful
It was bound to happen sometime...
Day 6: Guided tour through Manuel Antonio Nature Park
and swimming at our resort beach
The wildlife was amazing...
After the tour we relaxed at Playa Manuel Antonio...
...these little (really mean) dudes kept an eye on us the whole time...
...we watched one of them steal a mans backpack from right under him...
Lunch at Agua Azul...not a bad view
Heading down to the resort's private beach
All six of the bigs and littles!
They had a blast...until Viv got banged up in the rocks...but still had a blast!
Matt and Tad "hung" out with this guy on the beach...
Day 7: Catamaran, snorkeling and dolphin tour
...so this was right before this...
...turns out Viv gets a bit seasick on boats...
Once we stopped Viv woke up and was ready to go
The only picture we have of all 10 us...we love this family so much!
The two littles decided not to snorkel with the masses...
A boat tour is never complete without jumping!
A Costa Rican sunset...
Day 8: Pooling, parasailing and a night out
Viv wasn't feeling so hot the day after the catamaran
so she and I stayed at the resort and did this all day...
it was pretty great
Gracie and Maxwell were up first...
Matt and Henry were up next...
parasailing was Henry's idea and he (along with everyone else) loved it!
Out and about for the night...
...the biggest big went with us and turned out to be great entertainment...
we loved hanging out with him!
Day 9: Heading home...
little do we know it would actually be 36 more hours before we got there
This was right before our flight was canceled...
...and this was a few hours afterwards...
an extra night in Costa Rica actually wasn't so bad!
